David has more than 21 years of private equity experience. Before founding Enteleki he was a Partner and Head of the EMEA Industrials and Business Services Group at Warburg Pincus, which he joined in 2016 to build the sector team from scratch. Prior, he spent 11+ years in the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, where he led the build of a new European growth equity technology business and before, was a generalist for investments in DACH.

Rianne is a Dutch national and has 13 years of private equity experience. In 2020, she was recognised by PE News as one of the Rising Stars of European Private Equity. She joined Warburg Pincus in 2014 as a Consumer & Healthcare investor and co-founded its European Business & Information Services franchise in 2016, with involvement in investments including Once For All, Accelya, Unity Advisory, Premier Technical Services Group, Reiss, Norstella and Gemini. Rianne was also the Global Co-Head of the Women@Warburg network. She started her career in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Credit Suisse.

Mark has 20 years of finance leadership experience in private equity and alternative asset management. He joins from Sprints, where he was CFO from 2022 with responsibility for finance, tax, legal, compliance, risk and HR. Before that he spent seven years at Eight Roads and began his career at 3i.

Sebastian has close to three years of private equity experience. He joins from Summit Partners, where he invested in business and information services across Europe with a focus on data and analytics, testing, inspection and certification, and insurance distribution. He previously worked in EMEA M&A at Morgan Stanley and holds a first-class BSc in Economics from the LSE.

Felix joins while completing the final year of his BSc in Economics at the LSE. He spent summer 2026 in UK & Ireland M&A at Morgan Stanley and chairs the LSESU Business and Investment Group, the university’s largest student society.
